Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join IPM, assisting in managing a large, geographically diverse client portfolio. The role provides occupier clients with full property management services and collaborates with other skill lines across the Cushman & Wakefield Group.

The successful candidate will deliver a best-in-class service, maintain strong client relationships, and stay current on property management practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree level estate management qualification or equivalent desired.
• Membership of RICS desired.
• Demonstrated surveying experience in a large practice or corporate environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure cost effective operational running of client portfolio/region.
• Liaise with clients and landlords/agents to ensure uninterrupted use of premises.
• Identify and drive cost savings for corporate occupiers.
• Manage exit strategies for properties being vacated.
• Provide strategic advice on lease events and compliance with terms.
