Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of stakeholders.
• Experience in property management for corporate occupiers or investors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and act as liaison on specific projects.
• Support market visibility and team profile.
• Ensure advice is thorough, accurate and timely; seek assistance when needed.
• Deliver activities within client expectations (time, quality).
• Consult internally/externally to identify optimal client solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external professionals to provide full service.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to fee targets.
• Keep timesheets up to date and reflect current work.
• Adhere to firm procedures on health & safety, quality, risk and conduct.
• Stay updated on relevant case law and current affairs affecting clients.
• Engage in on-the-job and formal development to broaden experience.
• Contribute to client budgets with accurate market data.
