You will lead lease renewals, rent reviews, and property transactions while coordinating with landlords, stakeholders, and internal teams. Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and knowledge of landlord-tenant law are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education within Estate Management, Property, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Experience of commercial & residential property.
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and practice.
• Proven experience negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews, and property transactions.
• Experience managing both commercial and residential property interests.
• Strong understanding of property acquisitions and estate management.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience preparing forecasts and business cases.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and build effective professional relationships.

This is a strategic and hands-on position where you will manage a national portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring value is maximised while supporting the wider business objectives.

Duties of the Estates Manager will include:

• Managing day-to-day property and estate-related matters across a national portfolio

• Handling landlord and tenant matters, undertaking negotiations directly
