• A recognised estates management qualification, or significant relevant experience.
• A vocational qualification in a facilities management-related discipline.
• Substantial senior operational management experience.
• Experience managing budgets and leading teams.
• A strong understanding of estates/facilities management and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Managing facilities management services and external contractors, including monitoring KPIs, SLAs and contractual compliance.
• Overseeing campus safety, security, maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Managing budgets, resources and estates-related projects.
• Leading and developing staff, driving service improvements and promoting sustainability.
• Working closely with senior leaders and external providers to ensure high-quality estates services.
