Job summary

Dovetail & Slate Ltd is looking for a hands-on Site Facilities Manager to ensure the day-to-day operation of an education site in the South East. You’ll oversee buildings, grounds and facilities services, coordinating contractors and leading the site maintenance team to keep the environment safe and well presented.

• Experience of managing facilities, premises or site services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the site, including buildings, grounds and facilities services.
• Oversee maintenance and repair work and co-ordinate contractors as needed.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and risks identified/addressed.
• Lead and support the site and maintenance team.
• Monitor premises condition and plan work to keep them safe and well presented.
