Job summary

Sirona care & health is seeking a Head of Estates Development and Projects to lead the Estates Management service and drive the Estate Strategy programme through strategic project management and high-quality service outcomes.

You will shape policy and commissions, oversee major and minor development schemes, and provide expert guidance on the built environment while supporting decarbonisation objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in estates or facilities management within a large organisation.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of complex estates projects aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead development, planning and delivery of operational Estate and Facilities Service.
• Form long-term estate strategies aligned with clinical/operational goals and cost improvements.
• Control departmental spend within budget and drive required savings.
• Design and cost components of Strategic Outline Cases (SOC).
• Manage property leases and provide professional real estate advice.
