Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of Estates services including maintenance, backlog work, grounds and on-call arrangements.
• Ensure all buildings and engineering services comply with statutory requirements, NHS guidance and Trust policies.
• Provide specialist advice on estates maintenance, building services, resilience and risk management.
