Exclusive Household Staff in London seeks a Senior Project & Facilities Manager to oversee the management, maintenance and development of a prestige property portfolio in Mayfair. This hands-on role requires expertise in engineering, quantity surveying and end-to-end project delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior facilities or project management experience in private households or high-end properties.
• Proven track record managing refurbishments and complex property projects.
• Strong experience with Grade II listed properties.
• Minimum 5–10 years’ UK experience.
• Degrees in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction processes, regs and health & safety.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facilities & asset management across multiple high-end properties, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations and timelines.
• Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repairs; implement preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Verify quantities of materials and labour; monitor project budgets and cost efficiency; reconcile invoices and payments.
• Lead refurbishment, renovation and property improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure high delivery standards; monitor progress and quality on site.
• Ensure works comply with UK building regs, H&S standards and regulatory requirements.
