Townhouse in London seeks a Senior Private Residence Manager to lead the operational and technical management of our Private Residences portfolio, with a focus on super-prime properties and UHNW clients.

You will partner with the Director of Client Services and broader teams to ensure residences are well maintained, compliant, financially controlled and ready for use, while upholding discretion and exceptional service standards.

Competenze

• Senior leadership experience in luxury residential property management.
• Strong financial governance and budgeting capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage UHNW client relationships.

Mansioni

• Lead operational and technical management of a private residences portfolio.
• Develop and implement systems, reporting and budgeting for property management.
• Manage client relationships with principals, family offices and advisers.
• Oversee compliance, project delivery, refurbishments and supplier performance.
• Direct in-house teams and external contractors to maintain high standards.
