Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister for the Willenhall branch. The role combines winning new instructions with managing the sales process, using your estate agency experience and local market knowledge to maximise every opportunity.

You will build relationships with vendors and buyers, conduct valuations and viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales to completion, while benefiting from industry-leading training, a clear career ladder,

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency, including sales negotiation and valuations.
• Ability to generate new business and win instructions in a target-driven environment.
• Strong local market knowledge and understanding of the sales process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Win new instructions and manage the sales process.
• Generate new business and maximise opportunities.
• Conduct valuations and property viewings, negotiate offers.
• Progress sales through to completion and coordinate with Mortgage Advisors.
