Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a leader to drive the estate and capital development agenda, ensuring the estate is safe, clean, compliant and future-proof to support outstanding patient care.

You will provide senior leadership and technical advice, oversee all capital and minor works schemes, manage space and land and property matters, and develop strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical teams. Not all roles are visa eligible.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the estate and capital development agenda at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

This role is fundamental to the team and to SFH as you will oversee and manage the delivery of all capital, minor works schemes, management of space within the organisation and land and property matters.

As a key member of the team you will provide senior leadership and technical advice across the organisation for the Estate Development agenda working closely and developing key relationship with clinical and non-clinical team leaders.

You will not only bring a wealth of knowledge that spans many areas but also energy, passion and creativity with you. Excellent communication skills are key to be able to influence and support the Trust to further improve the services we provide in a clear and sustainable manner.
