Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Duties will include:
  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Building new business and establishing relationships with developers through active networking
  • Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors, sharing information
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring precise data entry
  • Managing the sale process from viewing to closing
  • Having at least six months to one year's experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
  • Exhibiting excellent sales ability
  • Possessing a full UK driving license
  • Providing high levels of customer service
  • Having a good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Possessing negotiation skills
  • Demonstrating tenacity and being a self-starter with a drive to succeed
  • Building and nurturing trusted relationships at all levels
  • Being responsive to change
