Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager / Lister

• This well-established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and actively grow the business through sales and listings, further enhancing its reputation for quality and performance.

Role Overview

• Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation, and listing of residential property?
• Are you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued in your current position?
• If you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, or Valuations Manager seeking your next career move, we would like to hear from you.

Candidate Profile

• They seek a new associate with in-depth knowledge of Estate Agency, possessing attributes to excel in Residential Property Sales and Listings. A successful candidate will be a deal maker, capable of seeing success both close at hand and in the distance.

Requirements

Remuneration

• Basic salary up to GBP25,000 plus GBP3,000 car allowance or a company car, with on-target earnings of GBP45,000 to GBP55,000.
