A leading estate agency in Chelmsford is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent to enhance their residential sales team. This role involves generating valuations, negotiating offers, and ensuring sales progress smoothly. OTE: £26-28k – Benefits (ie, Company Car, Uncapped Commission, Career Progression)
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent to complement our fantastic residential sales team in branch in Chelmsford working in our well known Abbotts estate agency.

Key responsibilities of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
