Rathbones seeks a Senior Stewardship Analyst to enhance responsible and sustainable investment through high-quality stewardship research, engagement, proxy voting oversight and reporting. The role supports investment decisions by identifying ESG risks and opportunities and guiding engagement priorities.

You will coordinate with investment teams, clients and external partners, ensuring evidence-based stewardship activity and clear communication of outcomes.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of ESG data, engagement processes and reporting.
• Ability to support ESG integration and research frameworks.
• Developing stakeholder management capability.
• Excellent written/interpersonal communicator.
• Able to work unsupervised on defined projects and be a strong team player.
• Demonstrates ability to own ESG/ESI research themes and engagement activity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support ESG and stewardship engagements with companies and initiatives.
• Monitor proxy voting activities and support voting for a subset of companies.
• Develop, monitor and report engagement objectives and outcomes.
• Respond to client and colleague queries on RI and stewardship issues.
• Build relationships with investment teams, clients and external partners.
• Produce stewardship reporting, MI and data insights for stakeholders.
• Contribute to RI and sustainability publications and thought leadership.
• Lead or support submissions to internal RI/Sustainability committees.
• Identify and communicate ESG risks and trends affecting investments.
• Attend RI and sustainability events and share insights with colleagues.
• Support colleagues for teamwork and continuous improvement.
