Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong writing and research skills for governance and ESG analysis.
• Ability to identify issues for escalation in ESG and proxy voting.
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse proxies for Fidelity funds and institutional portfolios.
• Write memoranda on ESG issues and contribute to ESG risk analysis.
• Collaborate with equity research, legal, compliance and sales teams.
• Represent Fidelity at meetings and external events when required.
