What type of person are we seeking?

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a 360 recruitment role, focusing on ERP Recruitment (Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage etc.)
• Proven ability to make placements across both interim and permanent briefs
• Demonstrable experience in Business Development and winning new logos
• Team player – works collaboratively with others and gains respect by listening, helping and sharing others' views.
• Organized and Strategic– calm under pressure, can prioritise, and be self-autonomous / work independently at times.
• Mature outlook – office life, act with professionalism and demonstrate ambition to grow their career quickly.
