Responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Conducting sales calls to prospective and past clients to promote Optimus Search as a valued partner.
• Participating in meetings and negotiating rates.
• Creating job adverts and social media content to attract top talent.
• Proactively headhunting candidates with specific skill sets.
• Coordinating interviews and extending job offers to successful candidates.
• Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
