Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Senior Performance & Optimisation professional to join the U4F by Coda team. This remote role focuses on tuning Unit4 Financials and driving proactive performance improvements across SaaS deployments.

You will work with a small team to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise performance before and after go-live, ensuring security compliance and smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success and performance optimisation.
• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with database tuning and SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda Pre and Post Go Live.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new implementations (Project) and BAU of Unit4 Financials (Technical and Application).
• Develop enhanced monitoring, detection and remediation of performance issues.
• Develop proactive performance tuning and processes to maintain optimal performance.
• Comply with the Company's information security requirements and policies.
