Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Senior ERP Product Owner to lead the Unit4 ERP platform, driving improvements across Finance, HR, Payroll and Operations. You will translate business needs into effective ERP solutions, shape the roadmap and oversee deployments and testing.

You’ll work with stakeholders, support teams and partners to maximise value, develop internal capability and enable efficient reporting, analytics and user experiences across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience with ERP platforms and healthcare processes.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into ERP configurations.
• Experience in leading functional ERP improvements, testing and deployments.
• Familiarity with Unit4 Finance, HR and Payroll modules is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional development and backlog for Unit4 ERP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery partners to shape the ERP roadmap.
• Configure ERP functionalities, reports, dashboards and workflows.
• Coordinate testing, deployments, upgrades and UAT.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to build internal capability.
