Job summary

GxP Recruitment is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst for a UK ERP implementation project covering Oracle Fusion and Salesforce. You will organize requirements sessions across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain, translate needs into system designs, and support testing and data conversion validation.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in business analysis on large ERP platforms, with strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to work with global teams to drive complex system

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis and ERP project experience.
• Experience with large, complex ERP systems and cross-functional projects.
• Understanding of FDA GMP/GxP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11/820 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Organize requirements and data gathering sessions across Finance, HR, Procurement/Expense, and Supply Chain.
• Translate requirements into system design specifications and user stories; support test plans.
• Coordinate with IT teams for solution design and testing, validation, and data conversion.
