Job summary

Capital Group in London seeks a senior analyst to join the Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) team. You will deepen relationships with global and regional partners, draft strategic briefs, and coordinate leadership engagements while collaborating across Europe and Asia client groups.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required; CFA or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years financial services industry experience.
• Relationship management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial markets and sales/trading operations.
• Strong client engagement strategies and professional maturity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare partner plans on key accounts and briefing notes for senior management.
• Research client financials and press releases for insights.
• Join client meetings and action meeting follow-ups.
• Engage in external-facing relationship calls with global clients.
• Coordinate high-impact leadership engagements to advance relationships.
• Drive globally cohesive client strategy with Europe and Asia teams.
