Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Senior ERM Analyst in London to strengthen global and regional client relationships. You will collaborate with partner firms’ senior RM teams, draft plans, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to advance CG’s client strategy.

You will research client priorities, prepare engagement materials, and support high-profile events, working with Europe/Asia client groups and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 2+ years in financial services industry.
• Relationship management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial markets and sales/trading operations or asset management experience.
• Proficient in client engagement strategies and tactics.
• Analytical thinking with intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Energetic and influential with senior associates.
• Comfort with AI tools to enhance workflow.

Responsibilities

• Deepen ongoing connectivity with partner firms’ senior relationship management teams.
• Prepare enterprise partner plans and engagement roadmaps.
• Draft briefing notes for senior management engagements.
• Research client financials and press releases for insights.
• Join client meetings and follow up on actions.
• Support planning of high-profile client events and strategy initiatives.
• Coordinate with Europe/Asia client groups on firm-wide initiatives.
• Maintain relationship org charts and stakeholder updates.
