Job summary

Morgan Law client is seeking a very experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their West London team in a senior, Partner-level role. You will manage complex ER cases in a unionised setting and help establish a proactive Resolution Framework to resolve issues efficiently.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape a best-in-class employee relations service, driving transformative justice practices and a culture of resolution-friendly approaches across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant ER experience in a unionised environment
• Experience with an organisation's Resolution Framework
• Strong knowledge of current employment law and related legislation
• Experience with restorative practices and transformative justice

Responsibilities

• Lead operation delivery of the Resolution Framework within the People Business Partnering team
• Triaging and guiding resolution routes for cases via the Resolution Centre
• Provide expert ER guidance to parties in early resolution and complex cases
• Coach managers on performance and absence management and support tactical people interventions
• Develop understanding of business areas to assist managers with people interventions
