Citi London is recruiting for an Algo Trading Front Office Production Support role within the Global Cash Equities framework. The candidate will monitor and optimize algorithmic trading, adjust parameters, and partner with Quant Research and Technology to deploy enhancements.

Qualifications

• Front office production support experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of equity algorithmic trading protocols and execution mechanics.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of the algorithmic trading framework and adapt parameters.
• Monitor live algorithmic trading flows, assist desks, and facilitate executions.
• Collaborate with MQA and Technology to deploy new features and platform improvements.
• Maintain governance with Compliance and ETRM/ETRC functions.
• Champion responsible finance and strong governance in day-to-day activities.
• Ensure certification readiness under FCA/PRA frameworks.
