Job summary

Citi London is hiring a high-impact Director to lead automated pricing, structuring, and lifecycle management platforms for multi-asset equity derivatives. The role blends financial engineering with hands-on quantitative development in a fast-paced front-office setting.

You will partner with Sales, Trading and Tech to accelerate product innovation, enhance execution capabilities and drive platform modernization while maintaining strong regulatory compliance. Hybrid work up to 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Extensive equity derivatives structuring experience in front-office or trading roles.
• Proven pricing, hedging and marketing of vanilla and exotic derivatives to institutional/wealth clients.
• Strong programming and quantitative development skills with Python and VBA/Excel; knowledge of C++/SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy automated structuring platforms with real-time pricing and execution for equity derivatives.
• Engineer execution/workflow models for structured products through full lifecycle.
• Drive modernization by integrating proprietary quant libraries and cloud-native architectures.
• Lead cross-functional teams and translate requirements into technical specs in Agile environments.
• Monitor advances in ML, automation, and platform connectivity to identify upgrade opportunities.
• Coordinate post-trade lifecycle supervision and client communication protocols.
