Qualifications

• Requires minimum seven years' procurement experience in large EPC/infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record with subcontract procurement and construction contracts.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract law, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full procurement lifecycle for EPC subcontracting works, aligning with schedules and budgets.
• Lead tendering, bid evaluations, commercial assessments, and subcontract awards.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and compliance, resolving commercial issues as needed.
• Procure outsourced services, materials and equipment for project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, commercial and legal teams to support procurement strategies.
• Support negotiations with local and international stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement records, cost tracking and contract status updates.
• Analyze market conditions, supplier capabilities and procurement risks to drive sourcing strategies.
