Senior Environmental Specialist (BREEAM) – London

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an experienced team of energy and environmental specialists. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of the company and influencing key decisions across the business.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in environmental assessment and consultancy for residential and non-residential development AND/OR experience and qualification (license) for CEEQUAL, BREEAM, or Home Quality Mark.
• A relevant degree and/or substantial sector experience.
• Membership or progress towards membership of relevant industry bodies (e.g., CIBSE, EI, IMechE, IEMA, IEnvSc).
• Project management experience, preferably in multi-service energy and environmental projects.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and health and safety standards for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead environmental assessment projects.
• Coordinate project delivery with junior staff using your expertise.
• Manage and lead multidisciplinary projects, responding to client briefs with innovative strategies and solutions.
