Job summary

HS2 Ltd. is seeking a Senior Environmental Management System Advisor to oversee the Environmental Management System (EMS) across our Midlands operations.

Based at Fort Dunlop, you will coordinate EMS activities, maintain documentation, and ensure legal and client requirements are met to support major civil infrastructure delivery. You will drive improvements, manage EMS data, and collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement, while liaising with external auditors

Qualifications

• Experience of environmental issues in a work environment.
• collecting and analysing EMS data.
• understanding environmental legislation and EMS principles.
• excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• ability to plan and organise tasks to completion.
• driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Operational management and continual improvement of the EMS to meet legal and client requirements.
• coordination and maintenance of EMS documentation to keep it up to date.
• ensure process flows are updated on IPTAN Way.
• drive improvements and efficiencies in EMS processes.
• coordinate EMS implementation by project teams.
• support IPT assurance activities and external audits.
• collate, evaluate and report EMS performance data to senior IPT team.
