Job summary
The Clancy Group is seeking a Senior Environmental Advisor to help deliver major infrastructure projects across HS2 and Thames Water contracts. Based in Harefield, you will provide practical environmental support from planning through delivery, helping teams improve environmental performance and reduce impacts.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in environmental advisory within construction/infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of environmental legislation and management systems.
- Experience with site inspections, audits and investigations.
- Willingness to travel to UK project sites with a valid driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Provide environmental advice and support to project and operational teams across HS2 and Thames Water contracts.
- Carry out site inspections, audits and environmental monitoring; drive improvements.
- Support implementation and monitoring of Environmental Management Plans and project requirements.
- Advise teams on environmental risks, controls and legal obligations.
- Support investigations into incidents, complaints and non-conformances; identify root causes.
- Monitor compliance with environmental laws, client requirements and company procedures.
