Job summary

The Clancy Group Limited is seeking a hands-on, field-based Environmental Advisor to support civil engineering projects on site. You will assess environmental risks, produce practical environmental management plans and work with operations to ensure compliance with permits and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include site inspections, audits in line with ISO 14001, incident support, and translating data into concrete improvements.

Qualifications

• Field-based environmental work on civil engineering sites.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and permits applicable to projects.
• Experience preparing environmental plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental assessments on site and produce practical management plans.
• Work with operational teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Carry out inspections/audits in line with ISO 14001 and environmental legislation.
• Support incident management and help embed lessons learned.
• Translate environmental data into actionable improvements and advise colleagues.
