Job summary

Taktile is seeking a Solution Architect to be the senior technical voice in customer conversations, shaping how our platform fits into complex core banking and financial services landscapes.

You will design target architectures, own hard integration and security questions, and lead architecture workshops with engineers up to CTOs. The role spans pre- and post-sales, ensuring delivered solutions meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• You have 10+ years in solution/enterprise architecture, with direct work with large enterprises in financial services.
• You know AWS and enterprise integration patterns—event-driven, APIs, messaging, batch and streaming.
• You have experience with core banking systems and integrating SaaS platforms.
• You understand security, data residency, audit requirements, and compliance in regulated environments.
• You communicate crisply with engineers and executives alike.
• You balance customer needs with commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted architecture counterpart for enterprise architects and technical leadership on the customer side.
• Design the target solution architecture for enterprise transformations and integrations across legacy systems and new platforms.
• Own the toughest architecture questions—patterns, deployment models, throughput, latency, security, compliance, data residency.
• Lead architecture workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and reference reviews with stakeholders up to CTO level.
• Represent Taktile in senior discussions, providing a credible technical counterpoint.
• Build reusable reference architectures and integration blueprints for multiple teams.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales efforts to ensure what is sold is built and delivered.
