Job summary

Taktile seeks a Senior Product Manager to own a critical pillar of the platform and drive its long-term success. You will partner with engineering to balance customer needs with reliability and collaborate with design on data-driven workflow authoring.

Responsibilities include translating insights into requirements, defining the product vision, and shaping the roadmap with a strong focus on differentiation in financial services.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs work experience in Product Management, ideally with financial services and B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with data-oriented and highly technical products; experience in high-availability systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional influence.
• Track record of delivering lasting customer impact through thoughtful product improvements.
• Aptitude for using data to inform decisions; basic SQL proficiency preferred.
• Hands-on, curious mindset with growing scope of responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and long-term success for a critical pillar of the Taktile platform.
• Build deep understanding of customer needs, landscape, and differentiation opportunities.
• Translate insights into well-defined product requirements.
• Define a compelling long-term vision and prioritize the roadmap to reach it.
