Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive new business and expansion sales from executive buyers in a major territory. The role focuses on Workiva's Multi-Entity Reporting solutions and collaborates with other sales teams to deliver multi-solution deals.

Successful candidates will build relationships, identify Workiva products that meet customer needs, and drive customer acquisition through new subscriptions, services, delivery, and training. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out sales opportunities in collaboration with peer Sales teams to generate qualified sales pipeline.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations of Workiva platform based on needs analysis.
• Address objections and provide solutions to client challenges.
• Lead the sales process to a close by showcasing Workiva's value proposition.
• Update CRM with customer contacts and forecast sales through pipeline analysis.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure the sale.
• Coordinate internal resources to pursue accounts and optimize delivery.
