Job summary

ARCA Consulting Ltd in Crewe is seeking an Integration Technical Lead to shape and deliver scalable integration services. You will own the technical roadmap, provide hands-on leadership across C#/.NET and Azure, and design APIs, messaging and microservices within a cross-functional team.

You'll mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions within guardrails, and partner with Engineering and Architecture to enable a high-performing delivery capability in a hybrid onsite model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET (Core/6+)
• Proven experience building integration services and APIs
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservices
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, scalability and performance
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and IaC tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
• Mentoring engineers and helping teams improve effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the technical roadmap for integration services.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure.
• Design and deliver robust integration solutions including APIs, messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions within established guardrails.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager and Integration Architect on delivery priorities.
• Help the team estimate effort and plan effectively, removing blockers.
• Identify and manage technical debt across integration platforms.
• Promote high engineering standards with code reviews and modular design.
