Job summary

Dandy is scaling its UK go-to-market for large enterprise dental groups. You’ll own complex, multi-region sales to NHS, private, and mixed models, collaborating with Inside AE and post-sales teams. This founding role shapes the UK GTM playbook and drives pilots to large-scale rollouts.

We seek a proven senior seller with 5+ years in high-growth startups, capable of orchestrating multi-stakeholder decisions and exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth SaaS startup.
• Proven ability to close complex multi-site deals with C-suite stakeholders.
• Track record of winning pilots and scaling them to agreements.
• Willingness to learn and improve through training.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with limited resources.
• Strong CRM discipline.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads through discovery calls with senior stakeholders.
• Identify and break into large multi-region dental groups and corporates across the UK.
• Build relationships with regional managers, practice managers and clinicians to drive adoption and new client acquisition.
• Partner with an Inside AE to win Large Enterprise accounts through a hybrid approach.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees including group CEO/COO, clinical director, finance and procurement.
• Meticulously track sales activity in Salesforce and strive to exceed targets.
• Help shape UK playbook, positioning and pricing for large enterprise and strategic sales.
• Be a student of the UK dental industry, NHS contracting and practice economics.
