commercetools in London is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (EMEA) to manage large enterprise accounts, drive adoption of our API-first commerce platform, and partner with product, sales, and support teams. The role focuses on long-term value, strategic reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work within a high-growth, global team, shaping customer success practices, and you will travel up to 50% to build strong client relationships and maximize outcomes for top brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-touch customer success, pre-sales, or technical consulting within tech/ecommerce.
• Strong technical depth with API-first/headless architectures.
• Able to advise C-suite and translate tech into business ROI.
• Structured approach to managing complex, global accounts.
• Willing to travel up to 50% to build client connections.

Responsibilities

• Guide enterprise clients to maximize value of Composable Commerce, Frontend, and Connect.
• Translate product features into clear business outcomes aligned with ROI.
• Lead high-impact Strategic Business Reviews to retain clients and grow usage.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to meet client needs.
• Represent commercetools in webinars and case studies; mentor teammates.
