You will collaborate with sales leadership, drive incident management, architecture reviews, and strategic planning to deliver reliable, scalable cloud solutions while shaping the customer experience and roadmap at executive levels.

• Collaborate with AWS leadership to influence product roadmaps.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions and pre-launch planning.
