Job summary

Celonis is seeking a senior leader to grow and lead our team of Enterprise Architects, supporting our growing sales organization and engaging with C-level executives. You will mentor architects, drive strategic architectural outcomes, and partner with Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, and Information Security to unlock blockers and deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of Enterprise Architecture leadership experience.
• Ability to translate technical solutions to business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; C-level presentations.
• Deep knowledge of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, Agentic AI.
• Strong data architecture, system integrations, data operations, and SQL/Python.
• Cloud-native architectures and SaaS ecosystems; cybersecurity basics; API ecosystems.
• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent IT field.
• English fluency; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of Enterprise Architects for major accounts.
• Act as executive sponsor in pre- and post-sales contexts.
• Drive enterprise modernization and innovative architectures.
• Coordinate with product & engineering and client teams.
• Oversee assessment of IT landscape maturity and coaching.
• Develop reusable assets and thought leadership materials.
