Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Client Lead for Application Transformation to shape, sell and deliver large enterprise transformation engagements.

You will combine strategic consulting with hands-on migration, modernization, and debt remediation, engaging CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to define roadmaps and compelling business cases. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through delivery, govern programmes, manage risks, and ensure adoption by users and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application migration and modernization.
• Hands-on experience with assessment, migration planning, portfolio rationalisation, and cloud transformation.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level conversations with CIOs, CTOs, and technology leadership teams.
• Identify, qualify, and shape Application Transformation opportunities.
• Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
• Oversee governance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coach and mentor consultants to support capability development.
