The role requires a proven sales track record, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and expertise in AI-enabled software offerings. A hybrid work model is offered with exposure to enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or sales in the software/technology industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI and software technology products and services.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the enterprise customer base.
• Drive new customer acquisition and upsell/cross-sell to maximize revenue.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and foster long-term relationships with key customers.
• Lead customer meetings and present tailored solutions for complex sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with solution consultants, professional services, and partnerships teams to deliver customer value.
