Job summary

Complyance is hiring for a Customer Engagement role in London. You’ll own a portfolio of enterprise client relationships, leading AI-powered workflow implementations that strengthen GRC programs and deliver measurable impact.

You’ll run engagements end-to-end, solve complex problems, and become a trusted advisor to drive adoption, renewals, and commercial growth within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Excellent client management with senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Ambition to grow into a leadership role.
• Experience in SaaS or consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end across enterprise accounts.
• Map client workflows, migrate data, and configure integrations.
• Act as long-term strategic advisor to drive adoption and growth.
• Develop ROI metrics and business cases for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to share success stories.
• Shape product feedback to inform roadmap.
• Help strengthen internal operations as we scale.
