University of Sydney invites a Senior Manager, Enrolment Services to lead the Enrolment Services team within Student Services. Working with the Director, you will drive delivery of enrolment services across the student lifecycle and lead strategic initiatives to improve service quality and team performance.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage workforce planning, and oversee complex HR matters while delivering data-driven insights to optimise the student experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience leading large service delivery teams in complex organisations.
• Experience in student administration or services and understanding student experience.
• Experience managing client services using ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Experience in workforce planning, people leadership, performance management, and HR matters.
