Job summary

Ultra PCS, part of Eaton, seeks an Engineering Programme Manager to lead large, high‑value engineering programmes within a defence/aerospace context. You will shape strategy, manage schedules, budgets, risks and customer engagement across multi‑disciplinary teams.

The role offers hybrid working in the UK, a pathway to senior programme leadership, and interaction with key stakeholders across multiple projects. APM PPQ beneficial and degree in engineering or related field required.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field or Engineering degree or significant industry experience.
• PPQ or being in process of obtaining a project management qualification is preferred.
• Experience delivering high-value, complex engineering programmes.

Responsibilities

• Successful management and control of high value and complex projects and programmes.
• Create, maintain and communicate project plans and technical documents reflecting progress.
• Provide monthly project reports with accurate cost information.
• Oversee program budgets and resources and ensure alignment with business objectives.
