SII UK is seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex engineering programmes across electronics, hardware, systems or firmware domains. You will ensure on-time delivery, cost control and quality across the full lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.

The role emphasizes systems engineering lifecycle management, integration planning, and readiness for verification activities within regulated environments.

Formación

• Experience delivering engineering programmes end-to-end.
• Hands-on background in electronics, hardware or firmware.
• Strong systems engineering lifecycle and integration knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage cost, schedule and delivery performance.
• Experience with planning tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulated environments (defence/aerospace/rail/nuclear).

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of engineering scope to cost, schedule, performance and quality targets.
• Define and manage engineering work packages with scope, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated engineering plans with dependencies and critical paths.
• Lead engineering delivery across requirements, design, integration, verification and qualification.
• Coordinate design reviews, technical reviews and lifecycle gates.
• Ensure delivery of artefacts like Engineering Management Plans and lifecycle evidence.
• Lead integration planning across systems, software and hardware domains.
• Monitor delivery performance using engineering metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and delivery dependencies.
• Report clearly to programme and senior stakeholders; support bid activities with planning and cost estimation.
