You will work with Chief Engineers, Operations, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to bring innovative security technologies from concept to launch while improving governance and portfolio management practices.

Qualificações

• Engineering/business/project management degree required.
• 5+ years in engineering/technology/program management.
• Experience managing full lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent risk, planning, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple engineering programs and projects within the Aviation Checkpoint Inspection business.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional new product development projects from concept through product launch.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Maintain governance, stage-gate reviews, and performance metrics.
• Provide status updates to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
