Job summary

Super is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Payment Experience to lead two squads: Cards Experience and Cashier Experience, driving end-to-end payments capabilities, card PSP integrations, and 3DS routing with focus on reliability and conversion.

You will partner with Product, Design, and commercial stakeholders, set architectural direction, champion observability, and push AI-enabled engineering practices to improve delivery, quality, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams that build payments or fintech systems.
• Strong capability to lead full-stack teams with backend and frontend quality focus.
• Experience with observability, reliability, and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead two cross-functional squads across backend, frontend, and native platforms, delivering payment experiences and cashier platform.
• Drive predictable delivery, definition of done, testing expectations, and release readiness.
• Own and evolve the full-stack systems behind both squads, including PSP integrations and 3DS routing.
