Job summary

Deel is seeking an AI Security Specialist to lead security for AI-powered systems and workflows across our global platform. You will define security standards for AI adoption, evaluate threats, and implement controls to protect customers and our infrastructure.

You'll collaborate with engineering, product, IT, and security to deploy AI tech safely, ensuring alignment with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements while enabling secure innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI security and threat modeling is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML security concepts such as AISPM and AIDR is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain the AI security strategy across Deel's infrastructure and product ecosystem.
• Lead security assessments and threat modeling for AI/ML models, LLM integrations, and agentic AI systems.
• Evaluate and deploy AISPM and AIDR solutions to protect platforms and customers.
• Secure AI deployments with authentication, authorization, and data-flow controls; assess supply chain risks.
• Enable safe internal AI tool adoption, approving capabilities with guardrails and compliance.
