Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
• 10 years of experience within aerospace or a high-tech industry with new product development and sustaining support.
• Must be a citizen of the United Kingdom and have the ability to achieve SC (potentially DV) clearance

Responsibilities

• Management and executional engineering functions for New Product Introduction, Internal R&D, and Aftermarket with support of In-Service team.
• Focus on on-time delivery to meet OTIF delivery with clear budgets and deadlines.
• Lead, motivate and develop an engineering team to deliver budget and strategic plan objectives.
