Responsibilities

• Manage Mechanical Design and Development team and provide support for Critical Controls, Stores Ejection, and Data Processing value streams.
• Drive on-time delivery of project activities and maintain OTIF delivery.
• Lead, motivate and develop an engineering team to meet budget and schedule objectives.
• Ensure product documentation, design standards and related material specs meet quality and cost targets.
